Refund policy

If you are not happy with your guide, write to hello@venusseries.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

How to ask. Send the email address used at checkout and your order date. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Files that do not work. If a file is damaged or will not open, tell us and we will send a working copy first, or refund you if you prefer.

Wrong sign. If you bought the wrong Venus sign or edition, we will swap it for the right one at no cost within 14 days.

Your legal rights. This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
