Terms of sale

These terms apply to purchases of The Venus Series guides from The Venus Series, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. By placing an order you accept them.
What you buy. Digital PDF guides and add-ons, delivered by download link after payment. Nothing is shipped.
Prices and payment. Prices are shown in US dollars on our pages and at checkout. The total you pay is shown before you confirm your order. Payment is processed by Stripe.
Delivery. Your download link is available immediately after payment and is also sent by email. If you do not receive it, write to hello@venusseries.com and we will resend it.
Your licence. You may download and keep the files for your own personal use, on your own devices. You may not resell, share publicly, copy or redistribute them. Gifting a guide to one person is fine if you purchase it for them.
Entertainment only. The guides are for entertainment and style inspiration. They are not medical, financial, psychological or relationship advice, and they do not predict outcomes. Perfume and place suggestions are general ideas; check current availability, ingredients and details yourself before buying or travelling.
Intellectual property. The text, design and images are owned by The Venus Series or used with permission. All rights reserved.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.
Refunds. See the refund policy.
Governing law. The laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada apply, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights of your own country.
